1. Acceptance of Terms

These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") constitute a legally binding agreement between you ("Member," "Player," or "you") and jlbey ("we," "us," "the Platform"). They govern your use of the jlbey website, mobile platform, and all associated gaming services available at jlbey.best.

By accessing jlbey, creating an account, or placing any wager, you confirm that you are doing so voluntarily, that you have had sufficient opportunity to read these Terms, and that you agree to be bound by them. If you do not agree with any part of these Terms, you should not use jlbey's services.

2. Eligibility

To open and use a jlbey account, you must meet all of the following criteria:

• You are not a current employee, contractor, director, or close relative of any jlbey employee or affiliated partner.
• You are not on any self-exclusion list maintained by jlbey or any other recognised gaming operator.
• Your use of jlbey complies with all applicable laws in your jurisdiction.

jlbey reserves the right to request proof of age and identity at any point. If you are found to be under 21 years of age, your account will be immediately closed and any remaining balance will be returned after deducting any winnings derived from participation.

3. Account Registration

Each person may register and maintain only one active jlbey account. Duplicate accounts — whether opened under the same name, mobile number, device, or payment method — will be considered violations of these Terms. jlbey may close all duplicate accounts and cancel any associated winnings or bonuses.

You agree to provide accurate, complete, and up-to-date information during registration, including:

• Your real full name as it appears on your government-issued ID
• A valid and active Philippine mobile number
• Your date of birth
• A secure and unique password that you do not share with any other service

You are solely responsible for maintaining the security of your account credentials. jlbey will not be held liable for losses incurred as a result of unauthorised access to your account where you have shared your login details or failed to take reasonable steps to secure your device.

jlbey accounts are personal and non-transferable. You may not allow any other person to access or use your account on your behalf. Any activity conducted through your account — including all bets placed and all transactions made — is your responsibility.

4. Deposits and Withdrawals

jlbey supports all major Philippine payment channels — GCash, Maya, InstaPay, and major bank transfers.

4.1 Deposits

jlbey accepts deposits via GCash, Maya, GrabPay, Coins.ph, InstaPay, PESONet bank transfers (BDO, BPI, UnionBank), and Visa/Mastercard debit or credit cards. The minimum deposit amount is ₱100. There are no deposit fees charged by jlbey, though your payment provider may apply their own transaction fees.

All deposits must originate from a payment method registered in your own name. Third-party deposits — where funds come from a payment method not belonging to the account holder — are not permitted and may result in account suspension.

4.2 Withdrawals

Withdrawal requests submitted before the daily processing cut-off will be processed on the same business day. Standard withdrawals to GCash and Maya typically arrive within one to three hours of approval. Bank transfers via BDO, BPI, or UnionBank may take up to one business day.

jlbey applies a Know Your Customer (KYC) verification process. Before your first withdrawal — or when cumulative withdrawals exceed a threshold set by jlbey — you may be required to submit a valid government-issued photo ID (e.g., PhilSys ID, UMID, passport, or driver's licence). This is a regulatory requirement and cannot be waived.

Withdrawal requests may be declined or held if: (a) your account has unresolved bonus wagering requirements; (b) your account is under investigation for fraud or irregular activity; or (c) the name on your jlbey account does not match the name on the payment method provided.

5. Bonuses and Promotions

jlbey offers various bonuses and promotional offers to eligible members. Each promotion comes with its own specific terms, including wagering requirements, eligible games, time limits, and minimum odds restrictions. These are published alongside the relevant promotion and form part of these overall Terms.

General bonus rules that apply across all jlbey promotions include:

• Bonuses are credited to a separate bonus wallet and may not be withdrawn directly — they must be wagered according to the stated requirements before a withdrawal request can be made.
• Bonuses are awarded to one account per household, device, IP address, and payment method. Attempting to claim the same bonus multiple times through different accounts constitutes bonus abuse.
• jlbey reserves the right to cancel any bonus or promotion at any time, and to disqualify members who are found to be exploiting promotional offers.
• Free spin winnings are typically credited as bonus funds and subject to wagering requirements unless stated otherwise in the specific promotion terms.
• Bonus offers have expiry dates. Unclaimed or unconverted bonuses that exceed their stated validity period will be removed from your account automatically.

6. Betting Rules

In the event of a conflict between product-specific rules and these general Terms, the product-specific rules take precedence for matters relating to that product only.

General betting rules applicable to all jlbey products:

• All bets are final once confirmed. jlbey does not accept requests to cancel or modify a bet after it has been submitted and accepted by the system, except where jlbey exercises its own discretion to void a bet.

7. Fair Play and Prohibited Conduct

jlbey is committed to maintaining a fair gaming environment. The following actions are strictly prohibited and may result in account suspension, winnings forfeiture, and legal action where appropriate:

• Using automated bots, scripts, or software to place bets or interact with jlbey's platform in any way not sanctioned by jlbey.
• Exploiting software glitches, errors, or malfunctions to obtain an unfair advantage. Any winnings resulting from such exploitation may be voided.
• Colluding with other players to manipulate game outcomes, particularly in multiplayer or live casino settings.
• Engaging in arbitrage betting strategies designed specifically to exploit promotional offers or odds discrepancies in a way that jlbey considers abusive.
• Providing false or misleading information during registration, verification, or when contacting support.
• Using jlbey's platform for money laundering or any activity that violates the Anti-Money Laundering Act of the Philippines (AMLA).
• Allowing a third party to operate your account or placing bets on behalf of another person.

jlbey uses risk management tools and human review processes to detect unusual activity. Accounts flagged for investigation may have pending withdrawals placed on hold during the review period. jlbey will notify the account holder of any investigation within a reasonable timeframe.

8. Privacy and Data

jlbey collects and processes personal data in accordance with the Philippine Data Privacy Act of 2012 (Republic Act No. 10173). By creating an account, you consent to the collection, storage, and processing of your personal information as described in jlbey's Privacy Policy.

Personal information collected by jlbey is used solely for account management, identity verification, fraud prevention, compliance with legal and regulatory obligations, and the delivery of relevant gaming services. jlbey does not sell or share your personal data with third-party marketers.

9. Responsible Gaming

• Cooling-Off Periods: Temporarily suspend your account for 24 hours, 7 days, or 30 days. During a cooling-off period, you cannot log in, deposit, or place bets.

jlbey will not knowingly allow a self-excluded player to open a new account. If a self-excluded player manages to open an account and play, jlbey will close the account, void any winnings earned during the self-exclusion period, and return the original deposited funds.

10. Account Suspension and Termination

jlbey may suspend or permanently close your account — with or without prior notice — in the following circumstances:

• Breach of any provision of these Terms and Conditions.
• Failure to provide requested identity verification documents within a reasonable timeframe.
• Evidence of fraudulent activity, money laundering, or involvement in match-fixing.
• Using jlbey's platform from a jurisdiction where online gaming is prohibited.
• Requesting a self-exclusion or receiving a self-exclusion referral from a third-party organisation.
• Account inactivity — an account with no login activity for 12 consecutive months may be classified as dormant. Dormant accounts may be subject to a monthly administrative fee of ₱200 after the 12-month period, deducted from the account balance until it reaches zero or the account is reactivated by the player.

If jlbey closes your account due to a Terms violation, any remaining balance may be withheld pending investigation. If no wrongdoing is established, the balance will be returned via your registered payment method. If a violation is confirmed, jlbey reserves the right to retain funds equivalent to any gains derived from the prohibited activity.

You may close your own jlbey account at any time by contacting support. Voluntary closures will be processed within 24 hours, and any verified remaining balance will be returned to your registered payment method.

11. Limitation of Liability

jlbey provides its services on an "as available" basis. While we take reasonable steps to ensure the platform is accessible and reliable, we do not guarantee uninterrupted service. jlbey will not be liable for losses incurred due to:

• Platform downtime, maintenance windows, or technical disruptions beyond jlbey's reasonable control.
• Delays or failures in payment processing caused by third-party payment providers (e.g., GCash, Maya, or your bank).
• Losses resulting from unauthorised access to your account where you have failed to maintain adequate security of your credentials.
• Events classified as force majeure — including natural disasters, government orders, or internet infrastructure failures affecting the Philippines.

jlbey's total liability to any individual member for any claim arising from the use of the platform is limited to the amount deposited by that member in the 30 days preceding the claim, excluding any winnings or bonuses.

Nothing in these Terms limits jlbey's liability for fraud, gross negligence, or any liability that cannot be excluded under Philippine law.

12. Changes to Terms and Conditions

jlbey may update these Terms at any time. When changes are made, the updated version will be published on this page with a revised "Last Updated" date. For significant changes, jlbey will make reasonable efforts to notify registered members via their registered email address or a notice displayed on the platform.

Your continued use of jlbey following the posting of any amended Terms constitutes your acceptance of those changes. If you do not agree with the changes, you should stop using jlbey and request account closure.

13. Governing Law

These Terms and Conditions, and any disputes arising from or related to the use of jlbey, shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of the Philippines, including but not limited to the applicable provisions of the Civil Code, the Anti-Money Laundering Act (Republic Act No. 9160 as amended), and the Data Privacy Act of 2012 (Republic Act No. 10173).

Any disputes that cannot be resolved through jlbey's internal dispute resolution process shall be submitted to the jurisdiction of the appropriate courts of the Philippines. jlbey will always attempt to resolve member disputes fairly and efficiently before any formal legal proceedings are initiated.
